On Wednesday, 27 May at 12:00 pm, students at SPS enjoyed listening to Luna Roo the Kangaroo, a story about an energetic underdog story that follows spirited kangaroo Luna Roo and her friends as they chase their football dreams across the outback. It highlights courage, determination, teamwork, and believing in yourself.

A huge thank you to all our wonderful SPS students who embraced the spirit of our Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser. Students dressed in bright yellow and enjoyed sharing recess together under our beautiful fig tree. The yellow Snap Stix and cupcakes were a huge hit! A very special thank you to Tahlia, who baked throughout the night and played such an important role in making the day such a success. Together, our SPS community raised an incredible $1,641 for the Cancer Council. These funds will go directly towards vital cancer research, support services, prevention programs, and advocacy. If you forgot your gold coin, or would still like to donate, you have until Friday.
Well done, SPS — we are so proud of what we achieved together!

On Friday, 8th May, the P & C hosted a wonderful Mother’s Day Breakfast in the school hall. A huge thank you to the P & C for organising such a special event, which saw an amazing turnout of mothers and families. It was lovely to see so much time spent together celebrating mums and the important role they play in our lives. A beautiful flowered backdrop provided the perfect photo opportunity, along with fun pink dress-up props for families to enjoy. The morning was a great success and we thank everyone involved in preparing and supporting this memorable event.

Kindergarten have arrived safely at Shoalhaven Zoo. They are so excited!!!!

Lost Property

We currently have quite a few lost property items at the front office. Has your child misplaced any belongings, including a pair of glasses? Parents are encouraged to look through all the items shown below with their child, as they may not have mentioned that something is missing. We also have quite a few drink bottles that can be found in the lost property cupboard. If any of the belongings belong to your child, please contact the school office. Thank you for your support.
