🩰🧑‍🩰Thank you to the beautiful ladies at for inviting Cram to your practise sesh this morning. Krissy has found her new calling! Thanks also to our friends at Wests Illawarra for the intro! We had the best time.

Every two years, our teams come together for Manual Handling training and it's about much more than technique. It’s about knowing the people Cram supports, understanding their individual needs, preferences and the safest, most respectful ways to assist them. It’s also about looking after our people. Our staff are the foundation of Cram, and making sure they stay safe, confident and well at work matters just as much. 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mums, Aunts, Grandmas and Carers in our lives. No one works harder than you! We celebrated you at our Mother’s Day morning tea yesterday, with our families, staff and the people we support. Thank you for everything you do 🤍

Cheryl's making brownies!

We recently completed some renovations in our head office, thanks to a generous Community Building Partnerships grant. We were able to make our reception space more accessible for the people we support by lowering our front counter, adding floor boards and installing an automatic door that anyone can enter, without assistance. A big thank you to Anna Watson MP - Member for Shellharbour for making this all possible and for dropping in to see the upgrades.
