Our next Sound & Stillness event is coming up on Friday, 26 June at 6 pm.
As the days are cool and short, nature encourages us to retreat inward. Join us for an evening of deep restoration as we settle into stillness through guided meditation and an immersive sound journey designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and nourish the soul.
This is your opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and give yourself permission to simply be.

NEW CLASS - QIGONG
Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an ancient Chinese health-cultivation practice combining gentle movement, breathing techniques, and meditation to optimize energy ("qi") within the body, mind, and spirit. It acts as a moving meditation to improve health, reduce stress, and boost vitality, often called "energy work" or "energy skill".
