Congratulations 🎊 to our Member of the Month - KERRIE CUTHBERT
Kerrie joined Fernwood in 2012, because she had been to other gyms and she felt safe and comfortable in a women-only environment. She says "everyone is very friendly. All the trainers are up to date with the latest exercises and are very knowledgeable"
Kerrie visits the gym 5-6 days per week and has completed challenges that have kick started her fitness program. Over the years she has tried FIIT30, PT, group classes and Yoga. Her favourite program is FIIT30, a 30min workout with great results.
Kerrie says "I have lost 8kg, gained strength and lean muscle. I am fitter, healthier and stronger. Going to the gym makes me feel happy. It's good for my mental health & wellbeing"
She also would like to share some words of wisdom "Don't be too hard on yourself if you have a bad day. Consistency is the key to success"
