Village Fitness Express is welcoming back Richard Pfeiffer as a qualified personal trainer who will be working independently in our gym for all of his clients personal training needs. His books are open for new clients who are looking to improve their technique, strength or to rehab from previous injuries. Richard has been a personal trainer in the area for over a decade  who’s always happy to have a chat and help out with any of your training needs.

Richard brings his many expertise of being a strength coach, rehab coach focusing on ACL/MCL and hip recovery, Strength and conditioning coach with post-graduate qualifications.

New VFE towels have arrived! We will still have towels out for members to use while working out if you forget your towel. Don't forget to place the used towels in the drawer underneath to be washed.

Fresh new towels are also available to be purchased for $15 at the front counter during our staffed hours if you would like your own VFE Towels.
