Overhauling my main workspaces has meant that today I’ve brought out some of my competition pieces from back in 2023… as DECORATION!
I’m caught halfway between wanting them out and about in my studio to admire, and hidden from any form of light or sun so they don’t fade 😂
This piece won 2nd Place at the Hawkesbury Show in 2023, but I actually can’t remember which of my other pieces won awards anymore, I’ll have to dig up the records and do a little reel sometime!

I did it! The pegboard revamp project is officially FINISHED ✅
On and off over the last 3 weeks, I have designed, painted and varnished 2 1800x2400mm pegboards for my Studio. They were already up in my studio, and I was convinced that I was going to stand on my table to do these.. REALLY glad I didn’t do that. Because they took literal HOURS. Some days I have spent 5 hours on them 😅 (and listened to many audiobooks while doing so - The Housemaid series, People Watching, One Last Stop, Just Friends, A Murder is Going Down and Swept Away 😂)
I am so CRAZY stoked with how they’re looking and am hoping to get them up over the weekend! Then organise my supplies on them next week 🤩

Working on personal projects means I get to do so with my FLOOFS cuddled up! 🐶
I’ve been working on the ‘cafe curtain’ for my studio the last few nights, it’s most certainly my current hyperfixation and I’m close to being finished adding length 🤗
This is Loretta, she is our 8 year old Cavalier x Pomeranian - and I know, she doesn’t really look like either 🤣 (when we got her, my late father messaged saying ‘nice chiwowa’ 🤣)

First time blocking on this wooden board…
A success because I crammed 13 squares on 🤣
A failure because it didn’t fit 19…
So a success?
Also, the spray I used was not just water (CHAOS)
It definitely has passionfruit diffuser oil in it which smells lovely but I hope it doesn’t make the squares go gross
If it does, it doesn’t really matter tbh. These are the first granny squares I ever made and I’m gunna use them to decorate my studio in some way.

After a massive fortnight on the hooks, my body decided I needed to cool my jets with the crochet a bit this week. SO, I’ve switched to beading the last couple of nights and, ‘oh MY’ colourful chaos therapy is so my jam 🤣🤣
These are giant strands of beads that I am going to drape across my studio in a rather fetching way indeed. It’s part of my crusade to convert it to EVEN MORE of a colourful wonderland 🤩
I’m cleverly using up all of my very long and large beads in an attempt to a) get rid of them, and b) cover more ground quicker. It is c) very clever of me.

I was feeling like our shelves at Shellharbour were in need of some TLC so today, we’ve done a big refresh! 🤩
I moved a bunch of stock on, and cycled in some super fun, new cuties!
We have new $7-$10 Earrings some Swiftie Keyrings, and a restock on your fave bracelets. Then for plushies, I’ve been BUSY! Loaf kittens, frogs galore, a bunch of bees, 2 turtles, an ice cream, butterfly, mini octos and one big octo and even a Blazed Teddy bear down the bottom on the right!
Yes that’s right, I’m marketing him as a blazed Teddy bear because he looks like he’s seen some s**t 🤣🙈
