SPINAL MOBILITY:
The thoracics and lumbars work reciprocally. A restricted lower back can result in a restricted upper back and vice verser. Be sure to mobilise both the lower and upper portions of your spine with exercises like thread the needle to introduce more mobility in the spine.
Repeat this exercise 10 times on each side. The end position can be held for an additional stretch.
