You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Online Booking Service available on a 24 hour/7days a week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment. No-Show Policy

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honor at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation. You must telephone the salon directly on 41414224 to cancel. A surcharge will apply if 24 hours is not given. CANCELLATION POLICY
A surcharge will apply to appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. The surcharge will be equivalent to 50% of the booked service. PAYMENT POLICY
To the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking your services with us is a non-refundable deposit of 15% of booked services. In the event that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointed time or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then your deposit will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. In the event that you cancel your appointment more than seven days prior to your appointed time, then the whole or part of the deposit may be refunded at our discretion. Unused deposits cannot be credited to other bookings.
