Our Story
Advance is a non-profit, community-based, registered training organisation that has been providing training and employment support services across the Mornington Peninsula since 1980. Its prime focus is to encourage and support engagement in education and learning by providing opportunities to enhance current skills, learn new skills and improve career prospects for the local community.
Advance operates from three separate locations across the Mornington Peninsula. With Head Office located in Rosebud, the company has current management rights of the Hastings Community Hub, and delivers a range of Horticulture programs from our Horticultural Education Centre in Mornington.
Advance is also a Learn Local organisation, offering pre-accredited programs to assist individuals in areas such as career advice, basic computer training and pre-vocational courses.
Operating as an Independent School, Advance offers the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) at Foundation, Intermediate and Senior levels at both Rosebud and Hastings.
