Yesterday was 🎉National Family Business Day 🎉(although as anyone would know a Family Business is 24/7 365 days of the year)! We wanted to take a moment to recognise the immense impact that family businesses have on our society. Two weeks ago Guam was hit by a powerful Typhoon. Our sister company’s Smithbridge Guam team members and the residents of Guam have all been affected with many still without power or water.

Typhoon Mawar is the strongest storm to hit the island in two decades, and the recovery effort is well underway.

It is with great concern we inform you of a recent cyber-attack that has affected Universal Cranes. We are currently investigating the situation and taking all necessary steps to mitigate the impact of this attack. The safety and security of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us. We have activated our response plan and are working tirelessly to address the issue. We have shut down our environment, engaged our service provider, and commenced an investigation to understand the extent of the breach fully.
