In the central location of 35 McNichol Street, Rockingham we house innovation and productivity in a beautifully modern and energising workspace.

We are taking applications for a mixture of professions/services to make sure The Lab Factory is made up of a collective of elements. This way we maintain diversity when it comes to the overall objective of the Lab. We want to establish an organised melting pot of services and for this reason there will be a limited amount of spaces per profession/service. Last night we had the most wonderful evening hosting the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce after hours event sponsored by Erin Evans from Elova Jewellery, Chris Muir-smith from HR Department, Donna Bates from On Point Strategy, and Diana Henderson from Life as Art Brand Coaching and Photography. The delicious food provided by Impressions Catering was absolutely delectable. Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed a lovely evening with us here at The Lab Factory.

Want to know how your business can grow by servicing the defence industry??? Learn how to find, write, and win defence tenders for your business. The first workshop has been rescheduled to start this week. See you there!

Local businesses have the opportunity to learn how to grow their business in the defence industry, with the City partnering with The Lab Factory to host a series of Defence Ready Business Workshops.
Run throughout February and March, the workshops will provide information on how to find and tender for Defence work and key Defence requirements ahead of the $1b in infrastructure projects at HMAS Stirling, Fleet Base West kicking off. The free workshops will be held at the Gary Holland Community Centre, starting Wednesday 3 February 2021 from 5pm – 8pm.
