Did you know that today, 2 June, Italy celebrates Festa della Repubblica (Republic Day)?

This important national holiday commemorates the historic referendum held on 2 June 1946, when the Italian people voted to abolish the monarchy and establish the modern Italian Republic after World War II. It was a landmark moment in Italian history, giving citizens the opportunity to choose the future of their country and paving the way for the Italian Constitution that came into force in 1948.

Today, Italians around the world celebrate with pride, remembering the values of democracy, freedom, and unity that helped shape modern Italy. 🇮🇹❤️🤍💚

We are having such an amazing time here in Vietnam and enjoying some beautiful family time together. We can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Wow… what an experience this place is. The local people are so polite and friendly, and the food has been absolutely incredible 🇻🇳🍜

For the first time in my life I tried a cable car! Being a chef, I’m usually with my feet firmly on the ground in the kitchen, so I was honestly terrified of the height 😅 But once I got up there, the view was unbelievable and I absolutely loved it.

Can’t wait to come back home inspired with new ideas, new flavours and more stories to share with all of you ❤️

Today I would love to share an amazing moment that happened last Saturday.

After a very busy service, a young customer created a special dish just for me. Seeing the smile on her face and the love and creativity she put into making it was something truly special ❤️

Moments like this are what make hospitality so beautiful. It honestly made our night and reminded us why we love what we do every single day.

If you come to dine at our restaurant, please always feel welcome to stop by the kitchen and say hello. We love connecting with our customers — that’s exactly why we built an open kitchen space 🍝🔥

From what I researched, this photo was taken nearly 80 years ago. It is amazing to see the history of our community and such an honour to be part of this restaurant’s journey.
