Here is the difference between "refurbished" laptops being sold by many other outlets and the standard that we uphold:

Most sellers just reinstall Windows and test all functions.

Our standard - Machine is completely disassembled, cooling system removed, old thermal paste cleaned off and replaced with high quality Arctic Silver MX5 thermal paste. Then we upgrade SSD/RAM/Battery as required to ensure maximum performance and perform a clean install of Windows.

This extra attention to detail is the reason our refurbished computers run fast, cool and quiet when they go out and stay that way for years to come.

Corona Virus Update.

Due to our youngest son being in a higher risk category and to do my bit in fighting the corona virus I am changing the way customer interactions are handled. I will be collecting as much information as possible about the problems clients are having and all required personal details via messaging or phone conversation and instead of having clients come in and stay while I write up a job ticket and do some basic testing all jobs will be received at the front door, cleaned with isopropanol (it's a bit like hand sanitiser but safe on computers) and then collected once the issue is resolved.

Computer keyboards are a common shared surface and represent a definite risk for transfer of viruses in general so these minor changes seem to make good sense as I want to keep the doors open and keep helping people. I thank you all in advance for your understanding.

One week from today Incredimail will be shutting down their servers leaving existing users stuck in a platform that has no ability to export emails to another program.

I completed my first migration from Incredimail to Mozilla Thunderbird today and now have the tools to provide both email and address book migration for any affected users.
