Easter Tennis is on !!!!Social Tennis Friday morning commencing 8.30 .
Saturday afternoon social tennis 2 pm .

Hi All,

Due to the forecast of inclement weather this weekend, the club championships have been postponed to the tentative dates of 18th and 19th of April.

Updated club championship name lists are now available at the Rockingham Tennis Club, as the new dates may affect members’ availability.

It is currently planned that on Saturday the 18th, doubles will commence at 12:30, with 20-minute timed sessions and a 10-minute changeover. Men’s and ladies’ doubles are expected to commence at approximately 3:00 pm, following the completion of mixed doubles, finishing around 5:20 pm when a BBQ will commence.

Sunday the 19th is planned to see men’s and women’s singles commence at 2:00 pm. At this stage, numbers indicate that men will have two groups, A and B, with the winner of each group playing off in a final. For the women’s doubles, also commencing at 2:00 pm, numbers suggest it will be a straight round robin.

Entries will close on Friday the 10th of April.

The Club championships are for members of Rockingham Tennis Club only.

Rockingham Tennis Club will be holding our club Championships on Saturday March 28th and Sunday March 29th.

Please see attached and register your interest as soon and you can!!

Rockingham Tennis Club will be holding a Great Gatsby Night March 21st at the Tennis Club from 6.30pm. Come along dressed up in Roaring Twenties costumes if you can and join in the fun. It promises to be a great evening of fun and frivolity.

Have you’ve been watching the Australian Open Tennis and it’s got your competitive juices flowing? Or maybe it’s given you the itch to dust off the old racquet and have a friendly hit with likeminded others.
Either way Rockingham Tennis Club have you covered!

We have a juniors training and pennants program and we are also part of Tennis West Adult Pennants competitions throughout the summer and winter seasons.

We also offer social tennis on Wednesday and Friday mornings starting at 8.30am both days. If that doesn’t suit your weekday schedule, we also play social tennis on Saturday afternoons from 2pm. We also have courts that you can hire from $15 per hour if you prefer to play as part of private group.

Tennis is a relatively cheap sport to take up and play compared to some other sports. A tennis racquet and a good pair of shoes and you’re ready to play.

Being part of a social tennis day can be as cheap as $5 per visit and we will throw you a freebie for your first hit with us.

There’s no excuse not to come along and play so what are you waiting for? Come on down!

Social Tennis Wednesday morning .8 am commence

Rockingham Tennis Club will celebrate Xmas next Saturday the 20th December with a few drinks, plenty of laughs and food.
All club members and their partners are welcome to attend.
We do ask for you to bring a plate of food to share.
We will have social tennis from 1pm on this occasion as pennants has wrapped up for the year and it will give people the opportunity to get away earlier if they desire.
