This is NOT a bodybuilding program.
Bridging the gap between High Performance and those just starting their fitness journey.

I’ll be in the chat everyday to guide you.
5-day or 3-day per week with option to rearrange schedule depending on your circumstances.
Ability to do short session 30min (with guidance) or full session 60min.
Sudden trip back to Indonesia to try give Papi the best chance of recovery and reclaiming independence and function.
Training has never been about looks for me, rather function and physiological responses which will serve us in the long run.
Unfortunately the rate of osteoporosis is sky high, and the risks involved with quality of life, mental health and mortality rate post hip injuries is not a well known fact for the masses.
I endeavour to bring more attention & education around the benefits of strength & conditioning training for everyone in the coming year.
