You already know Audrey 💛
For many of you, she’s one of the first faces you see when you walk into Health Shack. She’s been part of our clinic for years, knows so many of you by name, and is a much-loved part of our Health Shack community.
But what you might not know is that, quietly behind the scenes, Audrey has spent the past couple of years studying to become a qualified Bowen Therapist 🙌
And now she’s ready to start treating her own clients!
🌿 So, what is Bowen Therapy?
As you can see in the video, Bowen is incredibly gentle. It uses small, precise movements over muscles, tendons and connective tissue, with short pauses throughout the treatment to give the body time to respond.
There’s no heavy massage or forceful treatment, making it a lovely option for people who prefer a gentler approach to bodywork.
Audrey will initially be offering just three Bowen appointments every Monday afternoon, with 60-minute sessions at $90 + GST.
Our advanced Bowen therapist Brooke will continue offering Bowen Therapy on Fridays, while Audrey’s Monday sessions give you another option during the week.

We hope our community had a lovely Father’s Day yesterday.
Our competition winner was Michelle, who nominated David. David wins a ‘Dad recovery kit’ which includes:
