A gentle reminder that from the week beginning Monday 31st March, the clinic will be open on THURSDAYS, 8AM-5.30PM.

​An observation in the last couple of weeks with patients, regular, not regular and new patients that may have used other modalities in the past for pain relief: the conclusion appears about health, wellness and you, is that sticking to a routine of a schedule that fits into your regular routine with conservative therapy is the key to less pain, more movement, feeling freed up in all that you do in every day life, which then ultimately leads to being happier, more comfortable, more active, moving well, then sitting back at the end of the day and actually realising that your head, neck, shoulders, back and hips have done a good job : )

Let me help you with a little help from you to do and feel all the above. It is more than achievable.
