Our menu is created to celebrate and nurture our unique environment by highlighting native ingredients and wild harvested invasive species.

Native food proliferation, Invasive food obliteration.
Our menu realises this goal through careful selection of ingredients.
Fingerlime, saltbush, Warrigal green, pepper berry, rosella, macadamia, wattle seed ….. the list goes on. Encouraging farmers to grow these native plants, ideally endemically. Slowly reinforcing the spread of native plants.
Rabbit, venison and boar (all wild shot by skilled hunters) are used to reduce their numbers in the bush.
Walk in/ book in to take part in our little environmental endeavour.

Grapefruit n honey. Version 2.0. Fresh ruby grapefruit; fermented honey and yellow grapefruit granita; raw honey drizzle; served in itself.
Been on the menu since Balmain market days which is probably 8 years ago now! Simplicity always wins the race.
