This week at Redcliffe Playgroup we learnt we had not one, but two grandmother's returning with the children of their children whom they bought to 'our' playgroup over 2 decades ago...welcome back ladies.

Too many bubbles? Never!

Floating like a feather in our eighth week of term two.
Using straight feathers, fluffy feathers, colourful plain and patterned, such an amazing variety available for our simple craft this week at Redcliffe Playgroup.

Week 7 of our term 2 fly/float themed craft was definitely an adult constructed craft...making paper towel parachutes with woolly string and pipe cleaner people required significant use of fine motor skills, BUT the children did get creative in designing the paper towels and certainly enjoyed launching them from the heights of the play equipment.

Flying by this week at Redcliffe Playgroup were dragonflies...who knew a wooden peg, a bit of paper, with colour and glitter added, could create such a delightful "darting" dragonfly🤔😊
