This week we had the pleasure of welcoming Silas from Redcliffe SHS as part of his Year 10 work experience placement.

Silas spent time learning across our Bistro, Café and Bar areas, gaining hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, teamwork and day-to-day club environment.
