Nitaya MoveBetter Health.
Many of you have known me from my time at Sook Sabai Thai Massage, and I truly appreciate all the support, trust, and kindness you’ve given me over the years ❤️
I’m still doing what I love — providing remedial massage — and now also including assisted stretching and movement therapy to help support your body even more. Every session is tailored to you, your concerns, and what your body needs, with the goal of helping you not just feel better, but move better long-term.
I’ll be working in a calm and professional space at Mayleen Health Care, Clontarf, and I would really love to continue looking after you and supporting your health journey.
