It’s been a while since there was baking. Today I’ve been a good wife and made cupcakes for the birthday boy to take to work!

Chocolate Cupcakes, stuffed with an Oreo, Oreo buttercream and an Oreo wafer.

Vanilla Cupcakes with berry filling and white chocolate buttercream, finished with sugar mermaid decorations.

It’s been a while since cakes have been made at Penguin Bakery! What better way to start up again, than a ‘spare’ 50th cake for a lovely person! Chocolate cake, filled and covered in white chocolate ganache.

This time I had a 10 week old helper as well! 💖
