The act of gathering together to honour the heart and handiwork of young musicians is breathtaking. Their courage and vulnerability healing us. Lets raise up our kids to be cherished, seen, nurtured. They impart to us something so powerfully life giving!

Tomorrow we are voyaging to a special little spot at the Noosa River-mouth to explore the sounds we make in wind and sea! Come with sunscreen and bathers and a little sense for exploring the sounds we find, perhaps we will do some song catching!!!

We need spaces in our lives to create wonderful creative messes!! We must make time for play and process, discovery and entropy, these things are so essential on any journey or becoming. Come play with us at Little Tune Tuesday mornings in Eumundi park 9-10am!

Little Tune on this morning at Eumundi playground. There is nothing better than stop to listen to the string heart call of the kids. And joining them in their imaginations, singing them into their place and space. This has been the big learning, the playground has inspired so many songs that deeply capture their imaginations. I feel so blessed to be learning from these fierce creators!!

Dream wall!!! It’s like thowing up creativity in front of you, song catching in the air. Like butterflies 🦋 coming down to bless our ears with their sweet kisses!!!

We made mother’s day flowers at Clubhouse this week. I fell in love with how thrilled the little ones were to be bringing this gift to their mamas. This is it, the love that courses through us as kin. This gorgeous pattern of life, mother and child. How sacred it is.

Little Tune will be back this Monday up in Maleny at the Maleny Neighborhood Centre. I can’t wait to gather and play, setting the intention for new melodies and songs to come through. Let’s hope we get a little golden sun! Undercover areas will be available too :-) ☀️ 🌧 🌈 🍃 🍂

Clubhouse has been a beautiful journey so far of exploration and play and some solid and sound kid learning. So much discovery and wonder and connections. More and more I believe in play. I believe in its process. We really like to formalize things in our adult world. But what if kids felt so safe and good in their world that the rituals came from them?
