Instead of sitting for hours on end, you stop for a moment and:
• Do a stretch
• Sit in a deep squat
• Hang from a bar
• Walk around the block
• Do some breathing
• Move through a mobility drill

Then get back to what you were doing.

Most people think they need an hour-long workout to feel better.
But often what your body needs most is simply more frequent movement.

Such a small tweak that can make a world of difference in your squat form.

So many of us have limitations in our mobility from sitting in chairs or past injuries, which can mean we don’t get the most out of strengthening our squats!
