Meanwhile we did some preparation for our next mural in Chelsea occasional care in the playgroup wing.

It is an amazing opportunity for the artist to be a part of the big project.
When we were doing this mural for the we received tons of compliments. Lots of cheering comments and people sounding their horns from passing by cars. It was lovely to feel that your work is appreciated.
Few weeks later I drove past this intersection and decided to make photos of "evolution" of our art. Someone tried to do his best in being recognised, I'm pretty sure.
I didn't feel anger... Nothing really... Maybe a bit of sadness. But that's it.
Most impressive thing : artists didn't touch her face. It feels like something sacred, I guess. And I'm thankful for that.
Thought it would be great to put this war to the end by simply giving the "safe" space to youths where they can freely demonstrate their skills, promote their art and share their thoughts.
Maybe it's a bit revolutionary... but I hope it can change things for the best.

Yay!! It was very exciting to participate in such interesting local project for Glen Eira council with Urban Smart Project. Thank you for organising this!!!! It was great pleasure!!!
