Life is full of problems, you'll never live problem free.

During all this madness its important to take some comfort from the smaller things.

Today, I took a much needed brain break day. I took time out to just be still and accept that so much is out of my control.

I took the time to control my thoughts and redefine my forward actions.

The Middle section resonates the most for me as I do hold onto my past, though I've learnt from a lot of it and am learning to live and not be controlled by the past.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to reach out and introduce myself. I'm Cass, another admin here.

I've battled my whole with being exposed to mental health issues. My father suffered in a era where mental health was such a taboo topic.

As an adult I have also suffered from debilitating aniexty and serious depression. Not to mention a label.

My journey has been one of a living testimony. I have many experiences.

Today, I am here living my best life. It's not easy but I now know my worth and I won't settle for anything less.
