We are excited to welcome Kirstyn to the team as our new Lead Nurse.

Kirstyn graduated Veterinary Nursing in 2018 and has since worked in both general practice and specialty settings. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of clinic life and values building genuine connections with both patients and their people. Kirstyn has a special interest in fear free handling, particularly helping nervous or worried pets feel as comfortable as possible during their visit.

She looks forward to making stressful emergency visits as comfortable as possible for both pets and their people.

We pride ourselves on ensuring patients and clients have a positive experience when visiting us. Although we don't often have the pleasure of seeing our patients more than once, our team is here to support you and your pet during those stressful times.

After being with us from the very beginning, Maddy is heading back to NSW. She’s been such a huge part of our clinic, and everyone absolutely adores her. We’re heartbroken to see her go and will miss her more than words can say (and of course, we’ll miss Roofus too)

✨️Meet Frankie✨️

Frankie got herself into a bit of trouble after accidentally eating some rat bait. Thankfully, her family acted quickly after spotting the evidence and doing their best to clean out her mouth before bringing her straight to us.

On arrival we safely induced vomiting to help remove any remaining toxin.

With lots of cuddles from Nurse Jesse, Frankie got through it all very bravely ❤️

A good reminder to seek veterinary care immediately if any rodent bait exposure is suspected. Quick action can make all the difference!
