https://www.health.vic.gov.au/victorian-public-health-and-wellbeing-outcomes-dashboard
This is an interactive dashboard providing access to a range of tracking data about the health and wellbeing of the Victorian community, with an option to filter the data down to LGA level information. Its a very useful tool for updating health and wellbeing profiles, as well as assisting with planning and evaluation of programs and services.
Incidentally, ASDF Research maintains a database of links to other publicly available data about the community, searchable by topic area: https://asdfresearch.com.au/researchkb/

For the past few months we have been working on a report for the Inner East Primary Care Partnership on the Health and Wellbeing Needs of Older People in the Eastern Region of Melbourne. We are excited to share that the full report has been released on the IEPCP website.
This document will be useful for those planning services or programs to support older people in the Eastern Region of Melbourne. It includes over 50 data items for 60+ year olds in the region covering intrinsic capacity, health characteristics, health related behaviours, social and community networks, and age friendly cities.
ASDF Research sourced the health and behaviour data items in this report, compiled the document, and designed the charts and cover pages to meet IEPCP style guides. We are now working on finalising a range of fact sheets and a dynamic excel file to accompany the document.
