Everyone involved in the production of SELF would like to say a huge THANK YOU to those who made generous donations to Arts Wellbeing Collective. Well over $1000 was raised during the time the broadcast was online - a truly fantastic result! This money will make a great difference to the organisation in three ways:
1. More people to answer calls from artists in need of help through the 24/7 helpline.
2. More 'Mental Health First Aiders' trained and ready to assist people with industry specific understanding and knowledge.
3. More critical workshops and self-care resources online for artists to actively use and benefit from.
It was a joy to bring our production to your screens and have literally thousands of people watching, connecting, and responding to the performances and messages of the piece in a whole new way! Thank you for supporting the ongoing journey of mental health assistance needed for people working in the Australian entertainment industry.
