The team plans on creating a world-leading mixed-use precinct with commercial office, over 20,000sqm of retail, a large wellness precinct, two hotels and ultra luxury residential towers, as well as a repositioned Village Cinemas that will be anchored to the north-facing public piazza and include a super-luxury gold class offering.

With a core focus on balancing the need for calm and relaxation with high energy and social interaction, SAINT has been designed by Gurner Group’s internal design house around a “Black and White,” or sinner and saint concept - a choose your own adventure style format for members to lean into their mood on any given day.
