Look who I had the opportunity to hear speak at the ALUCA conference here in Adelaide - the inspirational Turia Pitt!

I've recently started using this pose as an after run stretch, and it can be a challenge to get out of!

Day 30: Hills you are mine!
Hopped back into bed this morning after my alarm went off and ended up paying for it. Struggled something shocking with getting going with work and for most of the day. That's karma for you.
But still managed to get a run in before dinner - Hill sprints done. I'm gonna feel it tomorrow. Running at that time of the day doesn't feel great for me. Just another reason to get up early!
Lesson learnt!
