🐾 Great news for Point Cook dog owners – the Citybay Drive Dog Off-Leash Park is one step closer to becoming a reality!
Following the award of the construction contract, works are set to commence on this much-anticipated community project.
The new off-leash park will feature:
🐕 Large open grassed areas for dogs to run and play
🐕 Agility equipment
🐕 Secure high fencing with double-gate entry
🐕 Drinking fountain with dog bowl attachment
🐕 Dog bag dispensers and other supporting amenities

Window coverings often delay leasing.
Missing, poor, or unsafe blinds/curtains, like the corded ones, can hold up a seemingly market-ready property.
In Victoria, minimum standards apply before advertising or leasing, including the requirement for corded internal window coverings to have an anchor fitted from 1 December 2025. Check them early.

In Victoria, a rental provider needs a valid legal reason to end a tenancy, and many notices now require 90 days.
Rent increases also need the correct form and 90 days’ notice.
