🍎 She is a qualified teacher with a genuine passion for supporting young people to learn, grow and build confidence.
🏡 Chelsea recently achieved an exciting milestone, buying her very own home!
❤️ She comes from a close, loving family, and those strong family values shine through in the way she cares for others.

People will always have opinions about what you should do, how you should do it, what’s realistic, what’s too much, when you should stop, when you should stay small.
But growth teaches you something powerful…
Advice is not authority.
Concern is not control.
And someone else’s limitations don’t have to become yours.
Listen. Learn. Take what resonates.
But never hand someone else the steering wheel to a life you’re the one creating.

🥉 3rd place for Wellness Business at the Awards.
I wanted a good photo to post for this.
But honestly, I took none 😂
My pockets are hanging out, one pant leg is rolled up and FFS this is probably a more accurate representation of running a business while being a mum anyway.
Because online, you see the accolades.
The awards.
The stages.
The growth.
The wins.
What you don’t always see are the losses.
The self doubt.
The fear.
The stress.
The financial pressure.
The things that don’t work.
The moments you wonder what the f**k you’re even doing.
The crushing days where you still have to get up, be a mum, lead a team and keep the wheels turning.
Building Beat Freakz Fit® has given me some incredible highs, but f**k, it’s been hard too.
And maybe that’s why this one means something.
Not because everything has been perfect.
But because it absolutely hasn’t been, and I’m still here.
So here’s the photo. Pockets out. One leg rolled up. No perfect awards shot 😂

Well I was asked by to go on AGAIN! 😂💼
This time it was a little extra special.
I had the opportunity to be part of Deal or No Deal: Celebrity Jackpot alongside the incredible and some of Australia’s brilliant comedians, all coming together for a much bigger reason.
Denise was playing for the and together the episode raised an incredible $55,000 for cancer research. 💗
There’s something pretty special about being able to have a laugh, experience something completely outside of your normal world, and at the same time contribute to a cause that can genuinely change lives.
My intuition was a little off on the day, but it reminded me that it’s a lot like life: some days we make the right decisions, and other days we trust someone we probably shouldn’t, sometimes we’re wrong when we thought we were right ❤️
Very grateful to have been a small part of it.
And apparently once on Deal or No Deal wasn’t enough for me 😂
