Dad turned 72 while I was here, always have been a Daddies girl so it was good spending it with him & seeing family 🫶🏽

Our Teen All Ability Program provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where teenagers of all abilities can participate in movement, music, games, and social connection at their own pace. Through our unique approach, participants are encouraged to build confidence, develop social skills, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and experience a genuine sense of belonging within their community.

The program supports young people to:
• Increase confidence and self-esteem.
• Develop positive peer relationships and social connection.
• Improve communication and participation skills.
• Build emotional regulation and resilience.
• Enhance physical wellbeing through enjoyable movement.
• Experience inclusion, acceptance, and community engagement.

By focusing on strengths rather than limitations, the program empowers participants to step outside their comfort zones, celebrate their individuality, and discover what they are capable of achieving.

Our goal is to create meaningful moments of success, connection, and joy that extend beyond each session, helping young people feel more confident, connected, and capable in their everyday lives ❤️

We have an all ability teen & kids class every Wednesday 6:10pm Jamieson Way community centre ❤️
