Pannals
We’re all about brick and limestone constructions. So if you're looking for a water feature, retaining wall, BBQ, or an extension, you know who to call.
Pannals is a small WA family-owned business that started in 1985. It’s been a pretty exciting journey for us. We’ve worked on large government jobs, commercial projects, schools, office buildings and, of course, homes. But homes are where our heart is. There’s something nice about sitting down and getting to know someone. It’s where you tell us your ideas, we add a bit of creative flair, we bounce off each other, and your vision starts to come together. It’s when we do some of our best work.

We helped put the beauty together! Fully-furnished and renovated with a pool view. Every single piece of art/decoration/furniture comes with the property. It’s in the heart of the city but quiet enough to feel like it’s in the burbs. Plus, it’s opposite the newly-developed and extremely popular Wellington Square. Check it out. Click the link below.

Our building and construction industry plays an absolutely critical role in our State’s economy – creating jobs for West Aussies and building the infrastructure that builds our communities.
This week, our Government introduced the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Bill 2020, to improve the rights and protections of subcontractors in the industry.
These laws will help to ensure payment is made on time to those carrying out construction work or supplying related goods and services across the State, by introducing a mandatory retention trust scheme.
This will protect subcontractors' retention money from being misappropriated or lost altogether in insolvency at each level of the contracting chain.
The Bill also means registered building contractors with a history of ripping off subcontractors can be removed from the industry.
We made a commitment to delivering these reforms at the 2017 State Election, and today our Government takes another step forward in ensuring a fairer system for WA subbies.
