It cannot be argued that true luxury is a dining companion who values a sharp punchline just as much as a perfectly layered tiramisu.

We dare say the best design element of any restaurant isn't the architecture or the lighting; it’s the collective warmth of people completely lost in conversation over good wine and food.

There is an undeniable romance in the geography of a great cellar. The way a single bottle can instantly translate the precise, sunbaked character of a Tuscan hillside right to your seat.

The apron is just the beginning. Behind it, a kind of quiet devotion. To the dining room, to the guest, to the particular art of making a stranger feel expected. We built this place around them.

The way we see it, an osteria like this deserves to be sat in all day. Start with coffee. End with a Negroni. Everything in between is negotiable.

A wise man once said very little. He had found, in a bowl of pasta, everything worth saying.
