LifeLinkConnect Community Connection & Wellbeing Events

At a time when many people are carrying silent struggles, connection can mean everything.

Our Community Connection & Wellbeing events will be held across multiple local government areas in Perth, including Shire of Mundaring , a community recently affected by bushfires.

These community gatherings bring together seniors, people living with disability, and those experiencing social isolation or mental health challenges, volunteers, and local community members in a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space.

More than sharing tea and conversation, these events also help us connect people seeking support with suitable volunteers for meaningful ongoing support.

This is the heart of LifeLinkConnect:
Empowering Connection, Enriching Lives.
