When an aging UPS system reaches end of life, the question isn't just "what does a replacement cost?" — it's "what does an unplanned outage cost us?"

This project was exactly that scenario. The now obsolete system was replaced with a 200kVA ABB DPA 250 S4 UPS in N+1 Configuration, the overall system designed entirely by our in house team — from pre-delivery wiring through to final commissioning and on going remote monitoring.

The challenge? A 5-minute runtime at 200kVA demands serious current. That means high-rate batteries, 630A circuit breakers, and a purpose-built EPT cabinet designed specifically to house both — cleanly and safely and most importantly to standard.
