Earlier this month our SunSmart WA Manager Sally Blane presented at the Preventative Health Conference 2026 in Hobart, hosted by the Public Health Association of Australia 👏
It was so wonderful to share our work developing SunSmart messaging and assets for young West Australians, lead by The Kids Research Institute Australia and funded by Healthway as well as learning from experts in the field. Wishing Busselton Festival of Triathlon a very happy 25th birthday and a massive thanks for so much support of the SunSmart message over the years - those photos bring back great memories! Are you a bit of a history buff or triathlon aficionado? Make sure you stop by the 25 Year History Tent in the Expo area to explore memorabilia and pictures from years gone by, sign your name in the BFOT guest book, and enjoy a few fun throwbacks that show just how much our sport, equipment, taste in race day fashion, and the Busselton Festival of Triathlon have evolved over the years.
You’ll also find some fantastic athletes in the History Tent across the weekend, ready to share their experiences in the sport and talk you through the memorabilia on display.
