Leadership Western Australia is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that brings together leaders from the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors in a collaborative environment to inspire and enhance exemplary leadership. Since we began our work in 2004, our vision has been to foster a strong leadership philosophy and practice that goes beyond personal and professional development

The Signature experience doesnโt end when the Program ends. โด๏ธ
20 years after completing the Signature Leadership Program, members of the 2006 cohort came back together to reconnect, reflect and celebrate. ๐
Joined by members of the 2026 cohort and friends of Leadership WA, the evening was a reminder that some of the most valuable parts of the Signature experience are the relationships and connections formed along the way.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Woodside for hosting. โจ
Who are you as a leaderโ
Not your title. Not your organisation. You.
2025 Signature Alumni Jason Page (Woodside Energy), Henrietta Podgorska (Shelter WA) and Justin Fonte (St John WA) share how the Signature Leadership Program challenged their thinking, broadened their perspectives and inspired them to contribute beyond their own sphere.

Recently, our Chair Angie Paskevicius, Board Member Christina Matthews and CEO Candy Choo met with our Vice Patron, Premier Roger Cook, to discuss leadership, community impact and whatโs ahead for Leadership WA โจ.
It was an opportunity to reflect on more than two decades of impact, including the significant contribution our Alumni continue to make in shaping a better WA and their enduring connection to Leadership WA.
The discussion also touched on the experiences shaping our Programs today, our Community Impact Projects, the generosity of our diverse speakers and an exciting initiative currently in development.
We took the opportunity to thank the Premier and his Government for renewing LeadAbility funding through to 2029. This long-standing partnership with the Department of Communities is one we hold in high regard, given the meaningful outcomes it delivers for people with disability across WA.
As our Vice Patron, the Premierโs ongoing support and clear commitment to strengthening leadership capability across the state is both valued and appreciated.

Last week, our Rising cohort came together for Experience 3, exploring the role the mind plays in how we lead ourselves.
Hosted at Arup, the day created space for reflection on self-awareness and mental wellbeing, including a guided mindfulness session.
Our thanks to Tasha Broomhall for her engaging session on psychological health and safety, and to Adam Dux, Bronwyn Miller, and the Arup team for contributing to such an insightful experience.
If you are ready to do the work behind how you show up as a leader, this might be the time to take your next step โณ
