Dumbbell Shoulder Press πͺ
Simple exercise. Big results.
The seated DB shoulder press is so effective because it forces your shoulders to do the real work - no cheating, no momentum.
Each arm works independently, helping build strength, muscle, balance, and stability all at once. The seated position also limits lower body assistance, making it a great upper-body isolation exercise π₯

Today we ran a 5-5-5 drop set.
5 heavy reps β drop the weight β 5 more reps β drop again β final 5 reps with minimal rest.
Drop sets are a great way to build strength and muscular endurance all in one sequence while increasing time under tension and pushing through fatigue πͺ
