What if you could recycle asphalt onsite - without bringing in a mobile crusher?

The ALLU Asphalt Screening Bucket is a flexible alternative to mobile crushers, especially for tight or urban job sites as it crushes and screens RAP in one pass, turning milled asphalt into reusable material onsite.

Available in four models, the ALLU Asphalt Bucket suits 25 - 45t excavators and 15 - 30t wheel loaders. Its hybrid blade setup combines crushing and screening for consistent, high-quality output - processing up to 250 t/h.

The ALLU DH 4-17 TS with a 25 mm blade setup demonstrates how demolition material can be handled more efficiently on site. By screening soil from incoming scrap, material that would typically be sent to landfill can instead be separated and reused as cover, while cleaner scrap is easier to process and recover value from.

This approach helps reduce disposal volumes while improving the quality of recovered scrap, supporting better overall returns from each load.

A practical example of how on-site processing can make better use of available materials and turn waste streams into revenue streams.
