Taking young athletes to the top level in multiple sports Our athletes have experienced great success in their chosen sports by utilising our training methods.
Our primary objective is to offer all athletes from every sport a training facility that can turn their sporting dreams into reality. Our two Head Coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from Track & Field, Weightlifting, Boxing, Strongman Training, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Martial Arts, Strength & Conditioning and all ball sports. Our proven training methods have worked for athletes
Just a reminder to all I am clearing gym out this week so no training i will let you know plans for future training thanks to everyone who consistently supported me over the last 5 years
Oops forgot Monday is a public holiday so gym will be closed Monday

Congratulations to Hi-Octanes mighty mouse Kasey who at 11 has been selected for the U14 Australian Diamond Softball Tour of NZ this little ball of lightning will be on the senior Australian team probably before shes 17
