We are having some changes in our gym, this year we brought in a few reformer classes, we are now moving towards trialing a full reformer timetable.
Check it out!
Ps, anyone current members of the gym classes will be contacted over the next few days that have passes in regards to these changes.

Pilates and reformer are the hot trend right now and the younger girls have moved towards Pilates lately,
I get told a lot from women that they’ve tried different studios and that they have ‘typical Pilates girls there’ and even so all bodies must be celebrated, I wanted to pop in here for the women 30’s plus who are struggling with weight, maybe struggling with peri menopause, or actual menopause, struggling with a bit of brain fog, overwhelm,Being a Mum, not being a mum, Woking full time, juggling home life with work life, juggling life in general…and just say to you all, please don’t think that all Pilates are for either the young, long limbed and slim 20’s girls and neither is it for seniors.. it is for everybody with everyBODY, it’s so universal and works with all ailments, all injuries, all bodies.

Join us for a full moon meditation Tuesday 20th August.

If you are not a moon lover but love a guided meditation, this is for you too.

This meditation we are focussing on self love, delving deep into the aspects of how to truly feel the love, support and friendship that you need from yourself so that it can empower you to make good choices.
Creating a vision for the future based on love, abundance and freedom needing to come direct for the source.. you.

Tickets are $37 and this event will go for approximately 1.5 hours, all comforts (mats and cushions provided) however can bring a blanket to snuggle up with.
Journal writing with prints and pens provided
Finishing of with sound healing.

“I wish I could….but I…”
•get fit but I smoke
•go to the gym but I don’t like exercise
•meditate but I am not a yogi
•exercise but I have pain
•lose weight but I like food too much

I hear this everyday, woman who wish to start something but are held back by stories there to keep them stuck.

There is no rules, if you want it you go after it and if you don’t know how to go after it, ask someone who has gone after it..

You smoke? Doesn’t mean you can’t exercise or get fit.

Don’t like exercise? That’s ok, either suck it up and get it done regardless like many things we have to do as women OR find something you do like, (the body loves movement, it’s the mind that needs convincing)

Want to start meditating but feel that the industry has portrayed that for yogis or spirituality inclined people, NO WAY, you can still meditate and not enjoy yoga (me 🙈)

Want to exercise but I’m in pain- there’s many exercises you can do that will help with pain.

Lose weight but love food too much… that’s ok, loving food is Important too!

Point being, don’t hold yourself back with stories that or limiting beliefs..

Be the woman that decided to go for it 👊

****update****
Due to the whole Microsoft outage yesterday, I unfortunately can not make it back to Cairns until next Saturday.
This is because ALL flights are booked out due to the sheer amount of flights that were cancelled yesterday.

Personally I think it’s the pre shadow mercury mixed with a double Capricorn full moon but tomatoes, tomartoes.

Let’s hope all is back on deck for next Friday nights flight 🤞

EVERYONE gets gym anxiety!
I’m on a trip in my home town in Perth, thought I’d get to the gym, it’s been a long time since going to a ‘normal’ gym and even so I am a trainer and spent many of my younger years in the gym, all the equipment is different, had no idea of my gym program (fail no. 1) and then looked at everyone else and started to compare myself (fail no. 2)
It’s tough out there!
If you are looking at joining a gym, just know that no matter the experience you have, it’s still hard the first few days/months.. years maybe 🤔

For those who ask.. we don’t call our reformer classes Pilates… because there is so much more to movement of the body than sticking with one repertoire, all types of movement has the end goal of making you fitter, stronger and injury free.
Pilates is GREAT but so is yoga, CrossFit, functional training, boxing..

Reformer is just so great because there’s so many things you can do on one machine, it’s my BFF..
