An absolute pearler of a morning at 800yds today.
The plan was to shoot off some random ammo and keep the 'good' stuff for next weekends comp shoot.
The first detail went better than expected, then the perfect score on detail 2 was just WOW!!!
3rd person in the club ever to get a perfect score.
Now to rack 'em up on 300 400 500 600 & 700yds.

Spent a few days in the country learning new skills.
2 days in the classroom and 3 in the scrub.
It was an incredible week of education.

It was a bloody great day on the range today up at Chidlow, with lots of members recording some incredible scores.
I just missed out on a perfect score on the 2nd detail. Mind you there were 6 of us missing out by .1
500yds, 147grELD-M, Lapua brass, 2209 powder, 6.5CM Bergara, Accutac bipod, Arken scope...what a great combo.

Shooting the .223 with 55gr Sierras at 500yds. A small amount of breeze took a couple off to the side, but overall I'm pretty happy with the results

Finally did it.
1st person at the club to get double possibles at all 300 400 500 600 700 800yds, in a year, and we are only 5 months in.
Thats SO taken care of, now to work on SP.

The new frame elevating the thermal spotter to 'look' over the terrain before the vehicle is spotted by skittish critters.
Plus, it gets above the awning and jerry cans when the rack is fully loaded for overnight and multi day jobs.

Country sunsets.

12 months ago we were lucky to see a rabbit on this property, then just over the last 8 months they have become a serious problem.
