Several different planes of cedar lining and nailed it!! 😜😉😂

Last progress photos for the year on the marine parade job before the Christmas break. All the exterior was sealed up ready for those winds off the beach

Some more progress on the marine parade, cottesloe job. Flashing was fun with 5 angles and cedar lining running into a negative detail underneath. Just the kind of work we love figuring out and finishing to a high standard.

Some more progress on marine parade job with vertical colourbond cladding starting to be installed. So much work getting batterns level and flat because structural engineer thought placing three different coloum widths to a central casting plate line.....

😊😊😊 So on saturday Core developments and construction won the HIA award for best renovation in 200k division for our Floreat job! And second in 650k-1 million division for Lake Monger job 😊😊😊 very pleased with the win and cant wait to finish this job in cottesloe with same architect as Lake Monger. 💪💪💪
