As Talk Matters begins another year, my wish for 2019 is for everyone to purposely slowdown their year and give yourself permission to look around at all the beauty there is in life and then find time to stop and see the magic and value in the incidental moments that make up your day... like stopping to watch your partner finish their coffee, your child playing outside or, taking a moment to witness a single working bee pollinate a dragon fruit flower that flowers for only one night in its short life...so easily missed if we are always in a hurry... wishing you a very happy and slow year!
