H U G S !
National Hug Day is tomorrow! If you didn't know, in the words of Bill Nye, "Now you know!".
The science behind hugs is that they boost the oxytosin (happieness) hormone, which leaves you feeling more healthier and happier. Just one side hug could help reduce fear, reduce pain, and boost the health of a close friend or family member. It also can help your communication too. So maybe for those struggling it can be an open door to a new chapter...
A few hugs a day, can quite literally, keep the doctor away!...

Every year the day after Christmas, or boxing day as Australian's call it, YWAM Perth heads to the beach to celebrate! It's always a great time together! fun and games and food. There is something for everyone.

Tonight we are commissioning all our October quarter schools who will be heading on outreach. Just after Christmas they will be heading to Asia Africa and beyond, all over the I.O.G. to put into practice what they have been learning the past 12 weeks. Keep them in your prayers.

ARMS
Australia Relief and Mercy Services is another ministry of YWAM Perth. We often help out on different cases. It involves cleaning houses, inside and out helping families in crisis to get back in their feet. We have been going every Thursday this quarter.

Nearly every year since 2003 YWAM Perth has been running Carols by Candelight in Hyde Park. This year is no exception. It was a wonderful day full of songs, and games. It was great to see the community come together!

Tonight we are having our final Friday night meeting! Our ywam Perth choir has been rehearsing weekly for the carols next week and tonight they performed for us all.
