Jon hits his goal 80kg☑️, dropping a total of 25kg and 26cm off his waist.
Jon came on board with us to get in shape before a holiday last year and ended up winning our 8 Week Challenge. Ever since, Jon has been determined to become a new bloke and change his life.
He’s become an absolute beast with his daily habits and training, and now he’s ready to reverse diet into a growth phase.
Well done Jon, very proud of you mate 👊

6 week block complete for Greg 92–86kg☑️
solid results from our Joondalup team . Greg is a busy business owner and came to us to trim up and improve his training. We simplified Greg’s training with an appropriate amount of volume, focusing on improving his ex*****on and getting the most out of least with 3 training days a week. We focused on holding Greg accountable to a high level, nailing his nutrition and behaviour outside the gym and he responded very well, always prepared to do the work and commit.
Greg lost 7.5cm off his waist and significantly improved his body composition.
Well done Greg keen to see the next block’s results💪

107-90kg☑️
Solid results for Chris recently decided to get in shape for his wedding and Chris has had some solid results with us before but he made the mistake of losing accountability and having too much flexibility with his nutrition now he's focused to stay on track with a coach all year round and treating this as an everyday lifestyle the only way to achieve long lasting results
Chris is a weapon when he's held accountable and has structure and goals set he doesn’t miss
Now we head into a long growth phase where Chris will spend all his time in a calorie surplus progressing training to build lean tissue (bodybuilding)
Well done mate keen to see the look at the end of the year🤝

Luke drops 8kg in 6 weeks on our Platinum Transformation Program – first block complete ☑️
One of our Irish 🇮🇪 lads, Luke, who is a busy tradie, new to resistance training and the lifestyle.
Luke loved spending that much time with me 🤣 he upgraded to Platinum from Silver after the first week, realising how much time we needed to improve his training ex*****on.
We held Luke accountable every day to build new habits, nailing his nutrition and energy expenditure and never missing a training session. We improved his strength and ex*****on drastically throughout while getting him leaner ✅
On to a slight reverse phase before we push Luke to a healthy BF percentage to get him jacked from there 📈

Jed drops 9kg in 6 weeks on our Premium Transformation Program. First block complete ☑️
Jed is a busy dad and business owner who was new to resistance training and the lifestyle that comes with it.
We helped Jed stick to a convenient meal plan with our chef preparing his meals, while training an average of 4 days per week, tracking training volume and hitting his daily step count.
Jed handled our accountability system with a positive attitude throughout the whole block and trusted the process.
Now we move into the next block with a long term goal of reaching a healthy body fat percentage, followed by a reverse phase to maintain it.

Charlie gains 6kg in 6 weeks on our premium transformation program 💪
Charlie’s only 18 with his goal to put as much muscle on as possible. His metabolism is insane we pushed him up to around 4,300 calories and 750g carbs at peak 🤣
We managed to make drastic changes in training performance:
Increased DB press from 17.5kg–27.5kg
Increased dip from 60kg–110kg
Increased squat from 30kg–68kg
Increased RDL from 40kg–110kg
Increased T-bar row from 20kg–35kg

Greg drops 11.5kg in 6 weeks on our premium transformation program 💪
Greg was 100 percent committed and prepared to work hard, the people we like to work with. Greg’s goal was to get 10kg off in 6 weeks and we smashed it💪

Cam drops 7.3kg in 6 weeks on our Premium Transformation Program.
Cam was 100 percent committed, breezing through our accountability system. The goal was to get him to a healthy body fat percentage so we could start a proper growth phase which we achieved.
Now he’s in a prime position to build some muscle over the next 6 week block.

Tanya hits her 10kg milestone ,She was brand new to resistance training, coming from Pilates with limited results, and convinced she’d never lose weight🤣. Now in her 50s, working full time and being a busy mum, she’s stronger, more confident, and has completely changed her life on our premium program . So proud of you onto the next goal 📈💪

Charlotte changed her life 📈
10kg lost in 12 weeks on our Silver Transformation Program.
Charlotte is a busy mum and was completely new to resistance training. When we first met she was very hesitant and asked, Do you think I’ll ever lose weight😂😂
Now she is 10kg down, stronger, more confident, and has learnt how to train effectively to build muscle and actually get results. She is currently in a reverse diet and still losing weight while eating more food.
Only 5kg away from her ultimate goal and doing it the right way.
