When we launched Rezzi Strata in March 2025, we had a pretty simple vision:
That strata management in WA could be done differently.
More accountable. More responsive. More human.
Twelve months on, the growth has been incredible to watch.
More schemes. More team. More relationships. More trust.
And for that, I’m genuinely proud — and deeply grateful to every client, council member, owner, supplier and supporter who has backed us along the way.
But growth has also stretched us. Some parts came easier than expected. Others have challenged us more than we imagined.
Building something from the ground up while delivering for clients every day asks a lot of a team.
It asks resilience. Adaptability. Patience. A willingness to keep learning in real time.
That part is worth acknowledging too.
I think it’s important to be honest about both sides of growth:
the momentum and the messy middle.
What I’m most proud of isn’t that everything has gone perfectly.
It’s that through every challenge, we’ve stayed clear on who we are, how we work, and what we stand for.

When new lot owners join us, they often say the same thing:
‘We just want someone who replies. Someone who cares. Someone who knows what they’re doing.’
And after years in WA strata management, we can tell you - that bar is not being met often enough.

Tucked away on a leafy street in East Perth, this one has serious character.
Once a fully commercial site, Brown Street has evolved into a unique mix of warehouse, showroom and creative spaces, alongside some incredible residential warehouse-style conversions (we’ve had a sneak peek… and they are something else).
Home to a well-known real estate sign makers warehouse, a pilates studio, a marketing agency and more - this is the kind of building that brings together business, lifestyle and a bit of personality.
We love a good repurposed space - buildings that have been reimagined and given a new life always have a story to tell.
