Start fuelled to train harder, recover faster, and get more out of every session 💪🏼

I often see athletes under-fuelling without even realising it. 🪫

Usually it’s because:
🥐Your nervous it will upset your stomach
🥨You’re copying someone else’s pre-training snack (even though your body/training load is different)
🧇You think you’re having enough, but it’s not quite meeting your needs
🥖You genuinely don’t know where to begin

These amounts are just a guide — something to help you start exploring what feels and performs best in your body.

Use them as a starting point — then play with the examples, try different options, and build awareness of what helps you feel energised, strong and settled.

There’s no perfect formula — just learning to fuel with more intention, confidence and self-trust over time🔋
